Lou Vukas even refuses to be called a real estate guru or a financial adviser for that matter.

He has 'no degree in nothin', but he KNOWS, DOES, and TEACHES how to make money fast in real estate.

In fact he studied it all in his own university of life that he started with being a forklift driver in Gary, Indiana for a year and then shifting to a local bridge-building company where he had quite a few close shaves with death working at a height of 90 feet in the air!

As he left this job, he jumped into the real estate business but very soon burnt his fingers off quite badly for him.

His plan was to buy a house with little or no down payment and rent it out, the rent taking care of the mortgage. Then you go for the next one.

But being an awfully slow and tedious process, it didn't seem to work for him.
