Extremely Fast Weight Loss: "Fat Loss 4 Idiots" by 'Internet Made Simple' is about the latest advances in the field of dietetics aimed at losing pounds and inches equally fast.
It is based on dynamic diet planning shifting calories continuously rather than the customary dieting that counts the calories and starves you endlessly as well as fruitlessly.
It tells you in a no-nonsense way that the ideas of losing weight consuming low fat diets, low calorie diets and/or low carb diets simply don't work, whereas other established weight loss programs do it so slow that the whole purpose of slimming down (in an entire lifetime!) just practically goes waste.
It bases its approach on Accelerated Fat Burning Program that uses accelerating the release of fat burning hormones while suppressing the fat storage hormones controlled by the brain after a meal is taken. The brain gets its controlling signals by the types of foods you eat.
How much you eat has no role to play in this entire scenario. Rather you are encouraged to eat more than 3 meals a day at least for the first 11 days so that your fat burning control gets switched on.
Before the first 11 days are over, your mirror will start having problems recognizing you fast!
The trick that is used is named as CALORIE SHIFTING, which when applied in a technically right way changes the signal given to the brain that in turn starts burning calories along with fats in a considerably accelerated way.
As you tame your brain through CALORIE SHIFTING, you start mastering your body as well, of course through accelerated fat burning!
